braces. - those two lovers.

this is the first LP from this project.

the album art is a picture i took when i was about 10 years old. i was at a church potluck in a public park with my grandma. i got a camera for my birthday earlier that year, and took photos everywhere i went. they were never in focus. i found the camera recently while unpacking.

i have no idea who the people in the picture are. from what i rememeber, they were sisters, and they went to the same church. i never actually met them. this was both the first and last time i saw them.

with the help of some fellow artists/musicans/friends, i did my best to create feelings of:

-nostalgia
-dizziness
-unrequited love
-suffocation
-suddenly waking up in the middle of the night
-being crushed to death,

just to name a few.
